Scrum Roles
Scrum is a framework under the Agile methodology designed to enhance product development through effective process management. The section highlights three primary roles within Scrum:
- Product Owner: Responsible for owning and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring that the team delivers the maximum value.
- Scrum Master: Acts as a facilitator for the Scrum process, addressing any impediments the team may face.
- Development Team: A cross-functional group that is responsible for delivering product increments.
The Business Analyst (BA) has a supportive role, assisting the Product Owner with backlog refinement and ensuring clarity in requirements. Participation in key Agile ceremonies plays a critical role in fostering communication and alignment among stakeholders.
