Think of a manager like a coach of a sports team. Just as a coach decides which plays to execute and how to respond during a game, a manager must decide on the best course of action for their team or organization when faced with challenges.

• Entrepreneur: Initiates and encourages innovation and change.

The entrepreneur role centers on fostering innovation within the organization. It's about being proactive, identifying new opportunities, and driving change to enhance the organization's performance.
