Life Skills for Livelihood
Life skills encompass a range of abilities necessary for individuals to effectively deal with the challenges of everyday life. According to the World Health Organization, these skills include thinking, coping, and social skills that not only enhance interactions with others but also bolster resilience in adverse situations.
Ten core life skills have been identified:

9. Coping with emotions: Managing one's feelings in various situations.
